After a five-week backend language odyssey — F# to Java to Rust and back to F# — both product backends settle on F#/Giraffe as generic per-product services. The app taxonomy is cleaned up into a -www / -app-web / -be split, OrganicLever's marketing site and local-first app are separated, OrganicLever's app makes its first deployment to app.organiclever.com on Vercel (not even alpha, let alone production-ready), GitHub Actions workflows get a domain-first naming scheme with a value-less env-injection manifest, and ose-infra commits to an on-premise-first strategy — driven by rising cloud costs and a weakening Rupiah — turning a recurring outage into a hardened two-node fleet that expands to the cloud only as needed.

License reverted to MIT, OrganicLever pivots to local-first PGlite, the codebase splits into three sibling repos under a parent orchestrator, polyglot demos extract to a public template, organiclever-web restructures into nine DDD bounded contexts, wahidyankf-web joins the monorepo, and rhino-cli grows into the governance enforcement engine.

11 REST API backends across 10+ languages sharing one OpenAPI contract, Hugo-to-Next.js platform migrations, OrganicLever fullstack evolution with F#/Giraffe, three demo frontends, FSL-1.1-MIT licensing (since reverted to MIT 2026-04-22), and 29 CI/CD workflows.

OrganicLever frontend deployed to production with Spring Boot backend in development, three-tier BDD testing with 99 Gherkin scenarios, 95%+ coverage enforced across all projects, 7 CI/CD workflows, dependency modernization including Next.js 16, Go 1.26, and TailwindCSS v4. Phase 1 infrastructure solidifying.

1,200+ commits completing Phase 0: Playwright E2E infrastructure, 9 programming languages at production quality, 56 specialized agents with 33 skills, content standardization achieving 100% compliance. Foundation complete—Phase 1 (OrganicLever) starts next week, Insha Allah.

6-layer governance architecture established, 45 specialized AI agents deployed, Skills infrastructure for knowledge delivery, content quality improvement with comprehensive quality standards. Foundations continue to strengthen.

440+ commits of systematic progress in early Phase 0: documentation framework taking shape, monorepo architecture established, AI agents system emerging, dual websites launched. Foundation work continues with focus on building solid groundwork.
